RESIDENCY by DOH Designers On Holidays
The Outdoor Gym Station is a site-specific project located on the Swedish island of Gotland, made during the
residency DOH (Designers On Holidays). Crafted from locally sourced materials, the project explores alternative
sport props and outdoor structures for exercise.
The installation promotes a reconnection with nature and its landscape in its form and materiality. It was designed with the idea of a communal function that could encourage social connections and physical well-being.
